Smart Creations is a graphic designing company which provides services such as web designing and hosting, designing of paper advertisements, and developing of web based software applications. There are 3 graphic designers, 5 developers, 2 sales executives, a system administrator, a receptionist and the manager who manages the entire division.

The web designers are involved in designing the images and graphics for both the advertisements and web sites, and they constantly complain about the slowness of the computers they use. The developers are not involved in designing of web pages or advertisements, but develop web based software applications based on the specifications given by the sales executives. They initially test their applications on the test server, and then install the system at client sites. The system administrator raises the need of buying a new test server with better performance. The manager decided to give two laptops to the sales executives who are frequently visiting client sites, to make it easy for them to prepare documents and do presentations to the clients. The manager himself complains about the frequent overseas travels he has to take and wants a laptop which he can carry when ever he is travelling.

Considering all these the system administrator suggests buying new computers for the entire division including 2 machines for himself and the receptionist. Systems administrator will use the machine for recording of information about the computers and the issues, and the receptionist needs to record about the customer queries.

Assume yourself as the system administrator, and suggest the configurations of different machines to be bought, and also indicate the number of computers required from each configuration you suggest. You have to give justifications for selecting each configuration for specified purposes.
