CTO Position for Programming Genius?

I am seeking someone with extensive programming knowledge to fill a Chief Technology Officer position in a new web-based start-up. This person would design, develop, implement computer-based information systems, particularly software and web-based applications. I cannot pay this person immediately; however, I can offer a large stake in the company, and percentage of all gains. This person can work from anywhere in the world, as long as there is an internet connection. How/where can I find someone to fill this position?     About the only person who’d probably be interested in a non-paying job would be a retiree or a high school student. Everyone else wants to be paid for work. (The Dot-Bomb bust was a long time ago. No one is still under the delusion that just putting it on the web makes it a winning proposition.)

    Besides, web-based IS is trivial – a little AJAX, a little SQL, and you have a web app. If you can’t do that, all you have is an idea, and no one is going to front you all the work and take a small piece of the pie.
